What size should my photos be?

We recommend uploading web optimized photos up to 1600 pixels wide.

What is the maximum file size for photo uploads?

Photos can be a maximum of 2MB each. We want to ensure your website is always fast, even on mobile devices.

How many photos can I upload at once?

As many as you want. You can select entire folders from the file browser or you can drag and drop multiple files all at once.

How many photos can my listing have?

As many as you want. CloudListings is designed to put photography first and listings with lots of beautiful photos attract more attention.

Can I change the order of my photos?

Anytime, even once your website is live. Simply click the multimedia tab from your listing editor and drag and drop the photos to rearrange.

How do I choose the main homepage photo?

The main homepage photo for your listing website is automatically set to the first photo (top left) in the multimedia tab. To change simply reorder your photos and the first photo will automatically be updated as your homepage default.

When do credits expire?

Never. You can buy a 10 pack or a 50 pack to save money and you can use them whenever you want. No questions asked.

How long will my listing website be active?

For 1 full year from the date of activation. With every tour and domain activation your website hosting is also included for the full year.

Can I change the default domain name?

Absolutely. The system will automatically set your listing address as the domain name but you can change this before you activate. Simply click on the domain name in the toolbar and enter the one you want instead.

What if the domain I want is unavailable?

We recommend making a small change to the domain name so the address is still recognizable. For example: 101 Bank Street could be,, or

What if I make a mistake registering the domain name?

Unfortunately there is no way to modify a domain name once it is activated. We register your domain the second you hit activate so that your website is up and running asap. If you need to make a change to an activated domain you will have to use another activation credit.

How do I remove my website from the internet?

Click on the listing you want to disable from within the control panel. On the right toolbar click the disable button and your website will no longer be available online. This does not delete your website, you can click enable to reactivate your website without using another credit.
